If you require non-urgent medical assistance after regular business hours, you may call the office. Medications will NOT be refilled on weekends. Please choose the appropriate prompts and leave a detailed message that includes the following:
Say and spell patient's name
Reason for the return call request
Repeat name and phone number
Messages are forwarded to the on-call provider who will return your call within 24 hours. Please keep phone on and nearby and check that it is accepting messages. Questions that can be handled during regular office hours may not be returned until the next business day.
If you have a life-threatening medical concern, please go to the Emergency Room or call 911 immediately.
